Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and oversee all customer communications throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Organize and lead internal and kickoff meetings.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for both the team and customers for project execution.

• Develop and manage project lifecycles utilizing Jira boards.

• Deliver regular project updates to leadership, customers, and AWS sellers.

• Review and authorize timesheets submitted by the delivery team.

• Update team allocation boards using Clockify.

• Assume responsibility for projects and ensure successful delivery outcomes and customer satisfaction.

• Drive key performance indicators for budget management, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction scores of 8 and above.

• Handle multiple projects concurrently.

• Conduct project retrospectives as necessary.

• Identify scope changes and manage change orders effectively.

• Monitor and guide project budgets and timelines.

• Maintain a risk register and create mitigation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing AWS professional services engagements.

• Proficient in using Jira for project management purposes.

• Strong organizational abilities and adeptness in juggling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and internal teams.

• Demonstrated capability to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is preferred.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with Clockify or similar time-tracking applications is an advantage.
