This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily operations across product, technology, operations, QA, IT, and external development collaborators.
• Lead projects from initiation through requirements gathering, development, QA, readiness for release, and tracking post-release performance.
• Convert business conversations into actionable requirements, timelines, assigned responsibilities, and lingering questions.
• Manage project plans, Jira tickets, Notion documentation, status updates, and all project-related artifacts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external development partners to ensure work is well-defined, prioritized, and on track.
• Keep detailed records of meeting notes, action items, decision logs, project trackers, Jira updates, release schedules, and materials for stakeholder follow-ups.
• Assist in the development and upkeep of PRDs and functional specifications in collaboration with Product Leadership and business stakeholders.
• Monitor dependencies, risks, obstacles, and unresolved decisions across ongoing projects.
• Prepare succinct reports for leadership and operational stakeholders.
• Ensure that QA, UAT, and stakeholder approval steps are organized and completed prior to releases.
• Engage with stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
• Establish repeatable processes for effective project management.
• Enhance visibility, transitions, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and release coordination within the initial 90 days.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in operations, technology, healthcare, revenue cycle, SaaS, or a similar field.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects involving business, technical, and operational stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, including sprints, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Experience working directly with developers and technical teams, with the ability to follow technical discussions and convert them into clear action items.
• Competence in gathering requirements, documenting decisions, and ensuring follow-through across multiple workstreams.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or comparable software.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and establishing structure in fast-paced environments.
• Strong discipline in follow-up and a mindset of ownership.
• Must have a minimum of 6 hours of daily overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours.
• Nice to have:
• Experience specifically with Jira and Notion.
• Familiarity with Salesforce-related projects.
• Background in healthcare operations, revenue operations, regulated environments, or complex workflow-driven sectors.
• Experience coordinating with external development vendors or offshore teams.
• Knowledge of QA, UAT, release management, and production support processes.
