This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
β’ Take full responsibility for the comprehensive delivery of technical projects related to cybersecurity, AI, automation, DevSecOps, and software platforms.
β’ Establish project scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, ownership, and criteria for success.
β’ Convert business, product, and customer requirements into precise technical execution plans.
β’ Collaborate closely with engineering, security research, DevOps, product, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
β’ Decompose intricate technical initiatives into actionable tasks, epics, user stories, and delivery milestones.
β’ Monitor progress, identify obstacles early, escalate risks as necessary, and ensure prompt resolution.
β’ Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical roadmaps, meeting notes, action plans, decision logs, and delivery reports.
β’ Oversee product releases, technical pilots, proofs-of-concept, customer onboarding, and production deployments.
β’ Ensure technical priorities are feasible, well-estimated, and aligned with business goals.
β’ Assist in the prioritization of features, security enhancements, integrations, bug fixes, and platform improvements.
β’ Manage risks associated with delivery timelines, technical complexity, scope creep, security, compliance, and customer expectations.
β’ Lead technical meetings, ensuring discussions result in clear decisions, designated owners, and next steps.
β’ Enhance internal delivery processes, agile workflows, communication structures, and operational efficiency.
β’ Ensure that principles of cybersecurity and secure engineering are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
β’ Over 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Technical Project Manager, Engineering Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Technical Program Manager, or in a similar capacity.
β’ Proven expertise in managing complex technical projects from planning through to delivery.
β’ Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, agile delivery, engineering workflows, and technical implementation processes.
β’ Experience collaborating directly with software engineers, DevOps engineers, security engineers, or infrastructure teams.
β’ Capability to grasp technical architecture, APIs, cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, integrations, infrastructure, and security-related requirements.
β’ Proficient in translating high-level objectives into structured plans, milestones, tasks, owners, and timelines.
β’ Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Strong documentation capabilities and the ability to produce clear technical and project-level documentation.
β’ Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Linear, Notion, ClickUp, Trello, GitHub Projects, or similar.
β’ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
β’ Strong problem-solving aptitude and the ability to function effectively under pressure.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
