This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive implementation of multiple Archibus modules.
• Create, manage, and monitor project schedules, deliverables, and timelines specifically for the Archibus Real Property and Lease modules.
• Collaborate with leadership to devise a global deployment phasing strategy and timeline.
• Identify and document technical and functional requirements in partnership with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Facilitate Peer Review and Stakeholder Review processes across both Archibus applications.
• Organize, coordinate, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), which includes developing test cases, executing tests, tracking issues, and resolving them.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team and enable effective communication among business units, technical and development teams, communications and training teams, as well as external stakeholders.
• Recognize project risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
• Prepare materials for stakeholder discussions, client meetings, and project briefings.
• Communicate milestones and project status to internal team members and clients, ensuring schedule adherence and updates.
• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of TEN (10) years of experience in managing technical projects or software implementations.
• Experience within the Department of State is a plus.
• Familiarity with working in an Agile environment is advantageous.
• Background or experience in facilities management, real property, and asset management is beneficial.
• Experience with deploying Archibus or a similar IWMS application is a plus.
