This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire delivery lifecycle for designated products and implementations, starting from requirements gathering to the launch and initial post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and IT stakeholders to collect, document, and validate both business and functional requirements.
• Create and sustain project plans, delivery timelines, and status reports.
• Coordinate with technology teams, vendors, and implementation partners regarding scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Monitor and communicate project progress, risks, and issues.
• Escalate any blockers and cross-team dependencies to the Sr. Director of Business Relationship and Delivery.
• Organize, coordinate, and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) prior to go-live.
• Secure stakeholder sign-off on deliverables.
• Assist with change management and adoption initiatives, including training coordination, user communications, and documentation.
• Generate dashboards, metrics, and status updates for stakeholder review.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to product and delivery standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• More than 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, IT project management, or technology delivery.
• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements and managing backlogs in a cross-functional setting.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in creating status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Experience with project and product management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Preferred experience in clinical research, oncology, life sciences, or a regulated healthcare environment.
• CBAP, CSPO, or similar certification is preferred.
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt or another process improvement certification is preferred.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm.
• Approximately 80% of time spent seated.
