This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee intricate digital projects from the initial discovery phase to the successful launch.
• Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of complicated digital initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets while upholding delivery standards.
• Safeguard project profitability by recognizing requests that fall outside the agreed scope.
• Navigate change control procedures to ensure compensation for the value delivered.
• Promote project health and prevent fixed-scope projects from turning into fixed-risk situations.
• Influence the PMO by pinpointing efficiencies in tools and workflows.
• Shorten project cycle durations.
• Enhance collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Establish and maintain trustworthy relationships with clients.
• Set client expectations and manage challenging conversations.
• Convert technical limitations into delivery impacts for clients.
• Decompose complex requirements into actionable workstreams.
• Develop timelines and manage RAID logs effectively.
• Ensure transparent internal and external reporting using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
• Potentially coordinate estimations and the drafting of Statements of Work (SOW) for new business ventures.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience delivering projects through structured, phase-based methodologies within an agency or consultancy environment.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain trusted client relationships.
• Capable of setting boundaries, managing expectations, and navigating challenging conversations.
• In-depth understanding of digital technologies sufficient to convey technical limitations into delivery impacts.
• Proficiency in asking relevant technical questions and communicating effectively with clients.
• Expertise in breaking down complex requirements into actionable workstreams.
• Proven experience in developing detailed timelines and managing RAID logs.
• Hands-on proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience incorporating AI into delivery workflows or PMO initiatives is an added advantage.
• Background in new business ventures, including estimating and drafting SOWs, is beneficial.
• Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check and Global Sanctions Check.
