Technical Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee and monitor the delivery of healthcare IT and clinical AI projects from initiation to go-live.

• Keep project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource trackers up to date.

• Track progress, recognize delays or obstacles, and report risks and issues to project leadership.

• Coordinate cross-functional readiness activities for go-live, including pre-launch requirements, testing milestones, and operational readiness standards.

• Prepare and disseminate project status updates and go-live communications to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Act as a central liaison among engineering, clinical, product, and client-facing teams.

• Arrange project meetings, draft agendas, prepare pre-read materials, document decisions and action items, and follow up with responsible parties.

• Systematically organize and maintain project repositories, templates, agreements, manuals, and reports with version control.

• Monitor dependencies across workstreams and ensure delivery aligns with the agreed scope and timelines.

• Utilize PMO processes and tools, including Jira and Confluence.

• Support continuous enhancement of project tracking, documentation, and communication methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (mandatory).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, support, or management, ideally within healthcare, IT, software development, or biotechnology (mandatory).

• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or similar (mandatory).

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (mandatory).

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to distill discussions into clear, actionable summaries (mandatory).

• Strong organizational skills, prioritization, and attention to detail in managing multiple concurrent tasks and projects (mandatory).

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively with technical, clinical, and commercial stakeholders (mandatory).

• Uphold data privacy, compliance, safety, and confidentiality standards.

• Practice universal safety precautions.

• Maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality.

• Preferred: CAPM, PMP, or ongoing progress toward a project management certification.

• Preferred: Experience in an Agile or Scrum software development environment.

• Preferred: Knowledge of healthcare compliance, medical imaging, or clinical workflows.
