Technical Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the delivery of healthcare IT and clinical AI projects from initiation to go-live.

• Keep project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource trackers up to date.

• Track progress, pinpoint possible delays or obstacles, and escalate risks and issues to project management.

• Facilitate cross-functional activities for go-live readiness, including pre-launch requirements, testing milestones, and operational readiness criteria.

• Prepare and disseminate project status updates and go-live notifications to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Act as a primary liaison among engineering, clinical, product, and client-facing teams.

• Organize project meetings, draft agendas and pre-reading materials, document decisions and action items, and ensure follow-ups with responsible parties.

• Manage and organize project repositories, templates, agreements, manuals, and reports, ensuring version control.

• Assist in tracking dependencies across workstreams and align project delivery with agreed-upon scope and timelines.

• Utilize PMO processes and tools such as Jira and Confluence to maintain accurate and visible project status.

• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of project tracking, documentation, and communication methods.

• Uphold professional and confidential standards while fulfilling responsibilities timely and with quality.

• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (required).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, support, or management, ideally within healthcare, IT, software development, or biotechnology (required).

• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or similar (required).

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required).

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to distill discussions into clear, actionable summaries (required).

• Exceptional organization, prioritization, and attention to detail when juggling multiple overlapping tasks and projects (required).

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively across technical, clinical, and commercial stakeholders (required).

• Compliance with all local, regional, and national employment laws.

• Adherence to all DeepHealth policies and procedures.

• Commitment to data privacy, compliance, safety, and confidentiality standards at all times.

• Practice universal safety precautions.

• Preferred: CAPM, PMP, or active progress toward a project management certification.

• Preferred: Experience in an Agile or Scrum software development setting.

• Preferred: Knowledge of healthcare compliance, medical imaging, or clinical workflows.
