Technical Programme Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee site readiness for each AI factory, monitoring the essential build prerequisites that need to be fulfilled before the arrival of the DSX scope.

• Establish and uphold readiness criteria, gates, and checklists that align with the DSX turn-up sequence.

• Conduct readiness reviews and site inspections with the data center construction team and contractors, ensuring that work is completed to the required standards, timelines, and quality.

• Manage interdependencies across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and network, maintaining an integrated readiness schedule for each site.

• Provide readiness status updates to DSX leadership, clearly indicating a go or no-go decision and offering early insights into potential risks.

• Address issues to resolution, coordinating recovery plans with the construction team and suppliers, and escalating matters as necessary.

• Collaborate closely with Constructability, GPU Infrastructure, Integrated Field Assembly, BMS/PMS Controls, Commissioning and Handover, and Network Connectivity to ensure each handover is seamless.

• Work alongside Strategic Operations to utilize the tools, data, and reporting that facilitate readiness tracking.

• Document lessons learned from each site and integrate them into standards to ensure that readiness processes are repeatable as we expand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in technical program or project management in data center delivery, including hyperscale, colocation, or AI infrastructure (essential).

• Proven history of managing site readiness, construction to deployment interfaces, or pre-commissioning tasks on active data center projects at this level.

• Familiarity with data center electrical and mechanical systems, including liquid cooling, and understanding how build sequencing impacts the deployment of IT and network infrastructure.

• Strong background in managing readiness gates, milestone tracking, integrated schedules, and dependency management.

• Ability to hold contractors and internal teams accountable to standards, schedules, and quality while maintaining constructive relationships.

• Experience in supporting high-density GPU deployments, preferably on NVIDIA platforms.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills for senior leaders.

• Willingness to travel to sites throughout Europe and North America as needed.
