This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of program planning, implementation, and outcomes for complex, high-impact Auto Retail projects.
• Identify operational signals and customer challenges.
• Examine issues and opportunities, providing clear, prioritized recommendations.
• Propel PM-prioritized projects from technical planning through to launch and execution.
• Assess post-launch outcomes and pinpoint areas for iteration and enhancement.
• Lead intricate, cross-functional software projects from alignment to delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Servicing, Analytics, Machine Learning, Fraud, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and dealer-facing partners.
• Convert ambiguous problem areas into actionable plans with defined milestones, dependencies, risks, decision points, and responsible parties.
• Work alongside Product Managers to shape business strategy and set priorities.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and engineering teams on technical strategies and execution plans.
• Assess software architecture, data models, data flow, data pipelines, and technical trade-offs.
• Identify obstacles, clarify responsibilities, highlight downstream impacts, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Implement streamlined program management practices that enhance coordination and visibility.
• Proven experience in a Technical Program Management role, overseeing complex, cross-functional software initiatives.
• Experience in translating ambiguous, multi-stakeholder challenges into actionable plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, and clear accountability.
• Experience working in a TPM or similar capacity directly with product managers and engineering managers and their teams.
• Technical proficiency in software architecture, data models, third-party vendor integrations, and data pipelines.
• Proven track record of delivering initiatives across Product and Engineering while linking program execution to tangible business or customer outcomes.
• Preferred: experience in a complex industry, multi-sided marketplace, or B2B2C setting.
• Preferred: background in financial services, auto retail, servicing, fraud, analytics, Machine Learning, or other operationally complex fields.
• Preferred: experience in establishing and enhancing program management processes.
• Preferred: experience in a growth-stage technology firm or similarly rapid-paced environment.
