This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee a variety of strategic programs from their inception and requirements through to execution, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
• Develop comprehensive plans that encompass scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, decision-making points, success criteria, and operational readiness.
• Create governance forums and concise reporting mechanisms for working teams, functional leaders, and executives.
• Proactively identify critical-path risks and drive their mitigation, escalation, ownership, and resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and coordinate with Product, Network, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, vendors, and customer or partner teams.
• Enhance processes for intake, prioritization, capacity planning, change control, documentation, and retrospectives.
• Convert technical details into business implications and executive decisions while maintaining accuracy.
• Establish outcome metrics to ensure programs yield business impact rather than merely completing tasks.
• Over 8 years of experience in technical program management, product operations, engineering operations, or complex delivery.
• Proven experience in managing programs that involve multiple teams.
• Demonstrated success in leading ambiguous initiatives that include technical architecture, operations, commercial requirements, and collaboration with external partners.
• Strong skills in program design, planning, dependency management, risk management, executive communication, and facilitation.
• Ability to grasp telecommunications, network, or platform concepts well enough to challenge assumptions and link technical trade-offs to business outcomes.
• Exceptional written communication abilities and a history of establishing sustainable operating mechanisms.
• Preferably experienced in telecommunications, satellite, IoT, mobile networks, carrier partnerships, or similarly regulated and infrastructure-heavy environments.
• Familiarity with MNO onboarding, network launches, solutions engineering, or partner delivery is preferred.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, dashboards, and portfolio-planning software is preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
