Senior Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Formulate cross-functional teams and coordinate subject matter experts to develop, plan, and execute programs.

• Oversee program plans, dependencies, deliverables, and associated risks.

• Align resources while providing proactive visibility into program status.

• Assess and enhance processes, tools, and industry best practices.

• Promote cultural transformation by advocating for an agile mindset.

• Ensure compliance with industry best practices within the organization.

• Act as a point of escalation for stakeholders.

• Assist in the removal of obstacles.

• Lead strategic initiatives and programs throughout the division.

• Coordinate efforts between product, engineering, and cross-functional teams.

• Create processes that evaluate and enhance performance as well as customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree in business management or an equivalent field.

• Extensive experience with Agile processes and methodologies.

• Ability to navigate uncertainty, manage risks, and adapt as necessary.

• Experience in change management and transformation initiatives.

• Familiarity with best practices in business processes, operations, and metric definitions.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

• Capacity to motivate individuals at all levels of the organization without direct authority.

• Proven ability to work efficiently across a diverse range of stakeholders in various corporate and client environments.
