This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
β’ Take ownership of product cybersecurity frameworks and maturity models.
β’ Evaluate program health, identify significant gaps, and prioritize enhancements.
β’ Coordinate high-impact initiatives that involve technical analysis, stakeholder alignment, dependency management, and execution.
β’ Collaborate with Product Cybersecurity leaders to design, package, and deliver services to internal clients.
β’ Define and monitor KPIs that assess program health, performance, and outcomes.
β’ Convert intricate technical and organizational information into actionable plans, decisions, executive updates, and recommendations.
β’ Establish workflows, operational rhythms, and governance structures to enhance prioritization, visibility, and delivery.
β’ Cultivate a network of technical program managers focused on shared priorities and critical areas of interest.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in roles directly associated with a cybersecurity team or within a cybersecurity organization.
β’ Background in technical program management, consulting, deployment engineering, security engineering, or a related field.
β’ Experience in implementing cybersecurity frameworks and maturity models, such as NIST CSF, BSIMM, or similar methodologies.
β’ Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives across various stakeholder groups in a matrixed organization.
β’ Familiarity with project and program management methodologies, workflows, and tools, including Jira, Git, or similar engineering platforms.
β’ Excellent communication, judgment, and execution capabilities.
β’ Preferred experience in automotive, embedded systems, connected products, software-defined vehicles, or other intricate product environments.
β’ Experience providing cybersecurity services through an internal consulting or service-delivery model is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with defining operational metrics, dashboards, or methods for assessing program health and performance is preferred.
β’ Understanding of utilizing AI to enhance work quality, speed, and efficiency is preferred.
β’ Prior hands-on cybersecurity experience or formal education in a relevant field is preferred.
β’ Experience collaborating with technical delivery teams and adapting through self-study, research, and experimentation is preferred.
