This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the execution of programs across critical workstreams within Customer Outcomes.
• Take ownership of the operational cadence for threat intelligence collaborations, AI model program management, and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee SentinelOne's threat intelligence partnership portfolio and manage internal intelligence-sharing initiatives.
• Guide the lifecycle of partnerships from evaluation and onboarding through to governance, renewals, and performance assessment.
• Organize arrangements for AI model access, vendor programs, usage monitoring, and alignment of model deployment.
• Convert model capabilities and access conditions into project plans with defined milestones and success criteria.
• Monitor program progress, recognize risks, and ensure prompt delivery of AI-related projects.
• Lead high-profile ThreatOps engagements, industry assessments, threat reports, and specialized projects.
• Coordinate resources and stakeholders across functions, providing status updates to leadership.
• Establish program rhythms that include status reviews, decision logs, dependency tracking, KPI monitoring, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvements in processes, tools, or organizational structure.
• A combination of technical program management expertise and knowledge in the cybersecurity domain.
• 7 or more years of experience in technical program management, project management, or service delivery within a technology or cybersecurity organization.
• Proven track record in managing relationships with external vendors and partners, including contract governance, SLAs, data-sharing agreements, and performance evaluation.
• Familiarity with AI/ML model deployment, vendor model access programs, or related technical program management in AI-focused domains.
• Capability to translate intricate technical concepts into actionable project outputs and success criteria for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Proactive and accountable problem-solving approach, with the ability to establish structure in ambiguous situations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with cybersecurity solutions (EDR, XDR, threat intelligence platforms) or security operations is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with threat intelligence programs, the MITRE ATT&CK framework, or threat reporting is a significant advantage.
