Technical Program Manager, Network Facilities

• Lead and enhance intricate, ambiguous programs that have a substantial impact on the organization.

• Define and execute strategic initiatives and processes with effects across multiple product areas.

• Promote consistency, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across infrastructure workstreams.

• Collaborate with leadership in various functions to align goals and foster teamwork.

• Create innovative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and adapt to changes.

• Develop technical roadmaps and white papers in collaboration with engineering stakeholders.

• Mentor, coach, and provide guidance to team members while establishing best practices in program management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• 5 years of experience in a service provider or enterprise network, demonstrating proficiency in several core and/or access networking concepts, such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, ELINE/ELAN/EVPN, fiber optics, DWDM, transceivers, and AC/DC power systems.

• 2 years of experience in technical program management or a similar role leading complex, cross-functional, and high-impact programs.

• Proven expertise in building and sustaining effective program teams and implementing best practices for continuous improvement.

• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.
