Technical Program Manager – Life Sciences Customer Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation and delivery of mpathic's solutions within clinical research programs and healthcare studies.

• Liaise with healthcare clients, human data operations, account management, engineering, and product teams.

• Implement mpathic's Studio platform and data capture solutions.

• Facilitate user onboarding and provide training for site personnel, coordinators, investigators, and customer stakeholders.

• Organize study startup, implementation planning, device management, site activation, testing, and operational readiness.

• Oversee project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, blockers, and deliverables.

• Manage customer deployments and implementation activities from study initiation to completion.

• Supervise review workflows, priorities, capacity planning, study metrics, data quality indicators, and operational KPIs.

• Act as the primary operational contact for designated customer engagements while managing stakeholder expectations.

• Lead status meetings, implementation reviews, executive updates, escalations, and issue resolution.

• Organize hardware vendor provisioning, inventory management, shipments, and resolution of vendor-side delays.

• Collaborate with customers' CROs on site activation sequencing, integration dependencies, and data reconciliation.

• Coordinate cross-functional delivery involving Product, Engineering, Clinical, Research, Human Data Operations, and Customer Success teams.

• Convert customer and business requirements into actionable project plans.

• Create dashboards, reporting tools, implementation playbooks, training materials, and project documentation.

• Identify and implement enhancements to delivery workflows, communication, coordination, efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in project management, implementation management, clinical operations, customer delivery, or related fields.

• Proven experience in supporting clinical trials, clinical research programs, healthcare technology implementations, or life sciences initiatives.

• Background in training customers, end users, or study personnel on software platforms.

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and capability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with conflicting priorities.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Confidence in engaging with customer stakeholders, clinical teams, executives, and technical teams.

• Proven ability to identify risks early and drive projects to successful conclusions.

• Capacity to work independently in a dynamic startup environment.

• Skill in building trust and influencing across teams without direct authority.

• Dedication to quality, accountability, customer success, and operational excellence.
