Technical Program Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, Network Operations, Sales, Services, and Support, to advance the product roadmap.

• Assess risks and formulate contingency strategies.

• Recognize and convey the backlog of tasks to key stakeholders.

• Advise stakeholders on prioritization based on business requirements.

• Update senior leaders on program status and any changes in expectations using standardized communication methods.

• Sustain and refine a roadmap of committed work throughout the current calendar year.

• Direct projects and create processes to evaluate and enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.

• Proven experience in identifying and managing project dependencies.

• Track record of maintaining precise project plans with real-time milestones.

• Experience with internet technologies or protocols such as DNS, HTTP, and TCP/IP.

• Capability to analyze workloads and communicate technical challenges to senior stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in collaborating with global teams.
