Technical Program Manager – Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy for pre-sales, oversee deployment governance, and position the enterprise platform effectively.

• Establish standards for deployment, criteria for readiness, and models for repeatable implementation.

• Take ownership of portfolio-level delivery performance, ensuring predictability, managing risks, and maintaining the health of strategic accounts.

• Formulate deployment strategies for public SaaS, private tenant, and managed application frameworks.

• Create governance, escalation, and risk-management frameworks tailored for complex global programs.

• Manage the health, satisfaction, success, ROI, and operational impact of key enterprise accounts.

• Develop and expand the technical engagement operating model and the TPM organization.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to prioritize roadmaps based on insights from enterprise deployments.

• Facilitate executive alignment regarding technical program priorities, risks, and trade-offs.

• Represent Context Labs at enterprise forums and in strategic customer interactions.

• Create dashboards to monitor deployment success, time-to-value, customer satisfaction, renewals, and expansion efforts.

• Leverage delivery insights to enhance qualification, architecture standards, and support readiness.

• Proven ability to balance enterprise revenue growth with delivery risks, regulatory challenges, and long-term trust.

• Demonstrated expertise in global enterprise operating environments.

• Experience in leading and managing teams effectively.

• Skilled in defining strategy, accountability, and organizational structures.

• Comfortable with scaling engagements and operations on a global scale.

• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise cloud ecosystems, security and compliance requirements, deployment frameworks, and large-scale data integration architectures.

• Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to communicate complex technical subjects to non-technical audiences.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Experience in enterprise software implementations involving intricate data integration and migration processes.

• Experience in oil & gas operating facilities is an advantage.

• Project Management and/or Agile certification is beneficial.

• Familiarity with the Atlassian suite of management tools is preferred.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
