Technical Program Manager – Business Operations Procurement Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Spearhead automation initiatives throughout the procurement lifecycle by enhancing existing processes and discovering new opportunities to boost efficiency in internal operations and supplier interactions.

• Develop and refine reporting systems for procurement activities, encompassing order status by project, equipment lead times, contract statuses (SOW, PSA, MSA), and data center capacity leasing activities.

• Utilize analytical skills to uncover trends and patterns, create models, and communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

• Identify business exceptions and adverse outcomes through data analysis and formulate strategies for mitigation.

• Cultivate robust business partnerships in a highly matrixed environment.

• Collaborate effectively with Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Vendors, Legal, Business Analysts, Business Owners, and Service Owners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in identifying, enhancing, and executing processes within large matrix organizations.

• Proven success in working cross-functionally with global partners.

• Familiarity with scaled infrastructure systems.

• Proficient in planning, forecasting methods, and governance within standard enterprise financial processes, procurement processes, and inventory management.

• Strong strategic problem-solving skills, including tactical action, consensus building, and issue resolution.

• Ability to concentrate on details while keeping a comprehensive perspective.

• Capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

• At least 12 years of experience related to procurement.

• BA or BS degree (or equivalent experience).
