Business Operations Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee reception duties, visitor access, meeting room management, mail handling, deliveries, and workplace support services.

• Direct the complete procurement process, encompassing requisitions, purchase orders, and onboarding of suppliers.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to address purchasing requirements while ensuring adherence to company policies, approvals, and budgetary constraints.

• Maintain supplier relationships, documentation, contracts, compliance records, and performance evaluations.

• Work alongside Legal, Finance, and business teams to facilitate supplier negotiations and fulfill contract obligations.

• Organize office maintenance, repairs, facilities services, and address employee workplace requests.

• Assist in fostering a seamless, safe, and efficient workplace environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills are essential.

• Proficient in Advanced/Fluent English.

• Prior experience in the insurance sector is advantageous.

• Must possess valid local legal authorization to work in Mexico at the time of hiring.
