This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Facilitate the planning of strategic goals and develop operational plans for departments and divisions.
• Generate segment business plans and analyses with guidance from the Segment Lead.
• Coordinate events, meetings, and leadership planning sessions within departments and divisions.
• Assist in workforce planning, staffing models, and tracking employee hires in relation to budgets and competencies.
• Support the adoption and communication of standard operating procedures and processes.
• Lead change management initiatives that promote business and process improvements.
• Manage special projects, including evaluations for cost reduction and efficiency enhancements.
• Review best practices and relevant industry literature; provide leadership with briefings on significant issues.
• Coordinate engagements with external organizations and oversee data-gathering and research activities.
• Monitor initiatives and projects, preparing progress presentations for diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
• Standardize and consolidate business operations data analysis and reporting.
• Conduct departmental budget analysis and keep track of forecasts and cost-reduction objectives.
• Monitor goals through the collection and analysis of key performance indicators.
• Support meetings with internal and external partners, capturing follow-up actions as needed.
• Prepare contributions for annual reports targeted at the CEO, Board, marketing, and communications.
• Assist leadership in public speaking engagements and participation in industry Board and Committee meetings.
• Manage vendor relationships as necessary for business operations.
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree, where applicable.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Alternatively, 5 years of experience in a related field may substitute for a degree.
• Preferably, 5 years of experience in provider credentialing.
• Experience in executive reporting and data analysis is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is required.
• Must be able to work from North Carolina, South Carolina, or Virginia as specified in the posting.
• The Remote Flex role includes occasional in-office visits throughout the year.
