This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee administrative processes for incoming patient referrals
• Create precise patient records and assist with sending appointment reminders
• Respond to incoming calls from patients and direct requests to healthcare providers
• Manage scheduling adjustments to ensure a seamless virtual front-desk experience
• Act as the primary support for the internal clinic helpdesk
• Assess and escalate issues to the Operations team as necessary
• Keep schedules accurate, update systems, and notify providers of any changes
• Support billing administration by gathering necessary information, updating records, and directing issues to the billing team
• Ensure data accuracy across EMRs, trackers, and internal tools
• Identify gaps in processes and operational challenges for escalation or enhancement
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in operations, administrative support, customer service, or healthcare-related fields
• Reside in or be willing to work within the Eastern Time Zone
• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
• Comfortable with ambiguity, change, and the dynamic environment of an early-stage company
• A sincere interest in behavioral health and aiding patient care
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
