This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of the complete delivery process for programs impacting various services, which includes architecture migrations, compliance remediation, and the decommissioning of legacy systems.
• Collaborate with Product Management and GTM stakeholders on platform modifications that have a direct impact on customers.
• Oversee rollouts, manage communications, fulfill external commitments, and ensure successful engineering delivery.
• Promote the adoption of shared platform capabilities among engineering teams.
• Coordinate multi-team migrations that involve downstream consumers, external obligations, and legacy constraints.
• Manage dependency maps, risk logs, decision records, and regular program check-ins.
• Evaluate delivery health through metrics such as incident counts, adoption rates, and time-to-land.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to enhance planning, tracking, and communication regarding delivery.
• Identify cross-team dependencies early on and create sustainable delivery mechanisms.
• Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional technical programs.
• Capability to influence technical decisions rather than just monitor them.
• Proficiency in engaging effectively in in-depth engineering discussions.
• Skill in providing structure to ambiguous situations using simple mechanisms.
• Experience with infrastructure, data pipelines, internal APIs, or other engineering team consumers.
• Background in managing migrations or decommissioning systems with downstream effects.
• Ability to communicate directly and succinctly, along with proficient written decision documentation.
• Comfort with using Jira, Confluence, and contemporary engineering toolchains.
• A background in infrastructure, data engineering, or applied AI/ML platforms is a plus.
• Experience in a SaaS environment undergoing platform consolidation or modernization is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SLOs or monitoring practices as indicators of delivery success is desirable.
• Must currently reside in and be legally authorized to work in the UK, Portugal, or Ireland.
