This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the comprehensive execution of extensive AI/ML initiatives and deliver production-ready LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Establish and steer program roadmaps, PI planning, milestones, KPIs, and deliverables across various workstreams.
• Take ownership of program governance, risk management, executive reporting, outcomes, and ROI.
• Ensure alignment of technical delivery with client business objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable GenAI solutions, encompassing RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, and agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on GPU optimization, LLM hosting, and inference pipelines.
• Provide guidance on architectural decisions related to model deployment, fine-tuning, and MLOps integration.
• Uphold best practices in AI governance, security, and responsible AI.
• Supervise the implementation of LangChain, NVIDIA NeMo, and Triton Inference Server.
• Offer direction on vector databases and retrieval strategies.
• Advise on quantization, LoRA fine-tuning, and multi-GPU scaling.
• Support frameworks for evaluating model performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary liaison for client stakeholders, ensuring delivery aligns with contractual obligations and business objectives.
• Cultivate executive relationships and drive customer satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and consultants.
• Lead, mentor, and expand global teams.
• Promote innovation, accountability, and a culture of continuous learning.
• Assist in career development and skills enhancement in emerging AI technologies.
• Over 10 years of experience in program or project management.
• A minimum of 5 years leading AI/ML or data-centric initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-workstream programs with global teams.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication capabilities.
• Experience in delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions that have measurable business impact.
• Practical knowledge of GCP, AWS, or Azure, including LLM hosting, GPU-based inference, and cost optimization.
• Extensive experience with LLM ecosystems such as Llama, GPT, Claude, and Mistral.
• Profound expertise in RAG and Agentic AI systems.
• Familiarity with vector databases including FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, and ChromaDB.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA, quantization, and distillation.
• Understanding of multi-GPU scaling, model optimization, and inference pipelines.
• Familiarity with LangChain, NVIDIA NeMo, and Triton Inference Server.
• Grasp of AI governance, ethics, explainability, and risk mitigation frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• An MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
