This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the comprehensive delivery roadmap for payment authorization and fraud initiatives, from the planning phase to the go-live stage.
• Facilitate coordination among engineering, QA, risk, and business teams to ensure visibility and adherence to dependencies.
• Manage RAID logs, escalate potential risks, and proactively drive resolutions to prevent blockages.
• Convert technical constraints related to authorization-switch and fraud-detection into actionable plans for stakeholders.
• Conduct governance ceremonies, including status updates, steering committee meetings, and release readiness assessments.
• Ensure program audit readiness and collaborate with compliance and internal audit teams to uphold documentation and control evidence.
• Monitor program health through data analysis and make adjustments to scope or sequencing as necessary.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align on expectations, priorities, and trade-offs, including PCI and SOX control requirements.
• Identify and address process gaps across both international and domestic authorization-switch workstreams.
• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting for stakeholders and auditors.
• Over 5 years of experience managing technical programs, preferably in payments, banking, or financial services.
• Direct experience with authorization switch systems, either domestic, international, or both.
• Knowledge of fraud detection or fraud management systems and transaction flows.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS and SOX control environments, including preparation for audits and evidence collection.
• Proven experience in executing agile or hybrid delivery models across various technical teams.
• Proficient in managing RAID logs, mapping dependencies, and tracking risks across teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities, including engagement with senior client leadership and both internal and external auditors.
• A clear and organized communicator who remains composed under pressure and asks insightful questions prior to making assumptions.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; alternatively, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college is necessary, in addition to the minimum required experience.
