This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee intricate technology programs from their inception to implementation, operational transition, and post-launch stabilization.
• Create and uphold integrated project plans, delivery roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Manage scope, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and change control effectively.
• Establish program governance, facilitate decision-making processes, and provide clear executive status reports.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, training, implementation readiness, and post-launch support across business and technology teams.
• Lead sessions for discovery, requirements gathering, workflow design, and solution design.
• Document current-state and future-state workflows, business rules, decision logic, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and operational requirements.
• Convert business and clinical needs into requirements for technology teams.
• Validate proposed solutions prior to development and deployment.
• Identify workflow enhancements through standardization, automation, or technology-enabled process improvements.
• Collaborate with business leaders and Product Owners to outline platform roadmaps and prioritize enhancements.
• Manage enhancement intake, backlog refinement, prioritization, and stakeholder approvals.
• Assess enhancement requests based on business value, operational impact, strategic alignment, and technical feasibility.
• Monitor platform adoption, performance, and value realization post-implementation.
• Oversee vendor deliverables, escalated issues, and platform enhancements.
• Build relationships with Clinical Operations, Technology, Market Operations, Finance, Product, Data, and external partners.
• Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution amid competing priorities.
• Communicate effectively with executive leaders, operational teams, and technology stakeholders.
• Influence outcomes through collaboration, relationship building, and strategic thinking.
• Promote alignment around organizational goals, priorities, and expected outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, information technology, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience managing complex technical projects or programs, including enterprise initiatives with visibility at the executive level.
• More than 3 years of experience utilizing Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Background in healthcare operations, population health, value-based care, clinical workflows, or provider data management.
• Experience supporting AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proficient in facilitating requirements gathering, workflow analysis, process mapping, and solution design sessions.
• Experience in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and confirming those requirements with business and technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to evaluate operational processes and identify opportunities for technology-driven improvement.
• Capacity to build relationships, influence senior leaders, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes without formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive, technical, clinical, and operational audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Teams.
• Skilled with project and work management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Active PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification is preferred.
