📋 Description

• Take ownership of and lead the comprehensive delivery of intricate technical programs.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Product leadership to define objectives, roadmaps, and priorities.

• Create and uphold program plans, milestones, dependencies, and workflows across diverse engineering teams.

• Identify, monitor, and alleviate risks, issues, dependencies, and obstacles.

• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and coaching teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.

• Enhance PMO processes, execution workflows, and overall engineering effectiveness.

• Establish program governance and provide executive status reporting.

• Manage project dashboards utilizing Jira, Confluence, and other tools.

• Assist teams in resolving conflicts, achieving operational excellence, and ensuring delivery predictability.

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and successfully deliver major projects, products, and solutions for Akamai's Cloud Technology Group.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading complex, cross-functional engineering or networking programs from initial planning to successful execution.

• Hands-on capability to balance strategic program leadership with operational support for Agile teams.

• Extensive knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Proficiency in identifying, tracking, and resolving risks, issues, dependencies, and execution blockers in technical environments.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to influence and align engineering, product, release, and leadership teams.

• Practical experience with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini.

• Scrum Master certification, such as PSM I or CSM.

• Expertise in team facilitation, conflict resolution, and continuous process improvement.
