Technical Product Owner – Projects, m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Interpret intricate business challenges and stakeholder goals into precise, actionable requirements and technical solutions.

• Challenge, clarify, and collaboratively develop requirements alongside business units.

• Oversee multiple projects concurrently, managing either three smaller projects or one significant project together with one or two smaller initiatives.

• Optimize product value by independently determining what should be developed, the timing, and the sequence of tasks.

• Guarantee that the correct topics are addressed while ensuring developers and agencies implement them accurately.

• Make the interests of all stakeholders transparent and find a balance between company objectives and the needs of various business departments.

• Tailor communication to suit different audiences.

• Establish a clear product vision and convey it persuasively.

• Define suitable quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in process engineering, business analysis, or integration development.

• Proficiency in German and English at a minimum of C1 level.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and approach: solution-focused, decisive, and accountable.

• Capability to balance various interests, make clear decisions, and take ownership of outcomes.

• Ability to stay organized across multiple ongoing projects, communicate priorities effectively, and deliver reliable results.

• A pragmatic, hands-on approach.

• Strong analytical comprehension of data flows, interfaces, and integrations, emphasizing scalability and sustainability.
