This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the creation of next-generation digital pharmacy solutions and reusable technical functionalities.
• Define product vision, prioritize capabilities, and manage a functional product backlog.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, Architecture, and business teams to uncover customer challenges and opportunities.
• Convert customer requirements, business potential, and market insights into product priorities, capabilities, and roadmaps.
• Establish minimum viable products (MVPs) and plan for incremental releases.
• Set product outcomes and utilize customer insights, analytics, and operational data to guide prioritization.
• Transform product strategy, customer journeys, and experience designs into a prioritized, development-ready backlog.
• Define features and create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
• Lead the refinement and grooming of the backlog in collaboration with Engineering.
• Maintain relationships between outcomes, capabilities, features, stories, dependencies, and releases.
• Identify edge cases, system behaviors, data needs, integrations, technical dependencies, and non-functional requirements.
• Engage in technical exploration, solution design, enhancement, and delivery discussions.
• Assess technical options and limitations, reveal dependencies, question assumptions, and make product trade-offs.
• Determine reusable components, APIs, services, business rules, and platform capabilities.
• Balance immediate delivery needs with investments in scalable technical foundations.
• Quickly test new digital pharmacy experiences and functionalities as a testing ground.
• Develop measurement and learning strategies in collaboration with Analytics.
• Identify effective capabilities to reinforce, standardize, and expand.
• Recognize dependencies and establish sequencing for comprehensive delivery.
• Validate delivered functionalities against customer experience, business rules, acceptance criteria, and product outcomes.
• Continuously update the backlog based on discovery, development, and production usage.
• 5-7+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Platform Product Management, or a related role delivering intricate digital products.
• Proven experience managing and actively overseeing complex product and engineering backlogs.
• Proficiency in crafting detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and product specifications.
• Technical knowledge of APIs, services, integrations, data flows, system dependencies, and contemporary digital architectures.
• Experience collaborating directly with engineers and architects throughout the product development process.
• Background in building platforms, shared services, or reusable capabilities that support multiple products, channels, clients, or experiences.
• Skills in product discovery, MVP establishment, backlog decomposition, prioritization, and iterative delivery.
• Capability to identify edge cases, dependencies, failure scenarios, and cross-system ramifications.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in defining product outcomes and leveraging data for iteration.
• Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability and platform strategy.
• Skill in structuring and clarifying complex and ambiguous issues.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
• Prior experience in healthcare, pharmacy, regulated digital products, or high-volume transactional platforms is preferred.
• Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload is required for Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees.
