Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the successful delivery of products that align with customer needs and strategic business goals.

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of GHX products and customer experiences within various ERP systems.

• Convert complex business requirements and customer insights into product specifications, releases, epics, and user stories.

• Create business cases and product roadmaps to address ERP opportunities and customer demands.

• Develop user-persona scenarios that highlight B2B market challenges and product requirements.

• Work in collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams to define scope, effort, and release timelines.

• Investigate integration possibilities with ERP and MMIS systems while liaising with internal and external ERP partners.

• Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of integrations through regular checkpoints with development teams, customers, and business stakeholders.

• Identify risks, issues, and challenges, and suggest mitigation strategies.

• Keep track of changes in the ERP platform, industry trends, and best practices in integration design.

• Provide product knowledge and technical support to business and customer success teams.

• Set and monitor KPIs for integration effectiveness, user adoption, and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with other Technical Product Managers on ERP integrations for knowledge sharing, roadmap synchronization, and engineering prioritization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience with technical products, ideally with a focus on B2B integrations.

• Proficient in communicating technical solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Required experience in ERP integration and B2B integrations.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to work independently and exhibit strong initiative.

• Strong technical product management abilities coupled with a customer-oriented mindset.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or a combination of education and pertinent experience.

• Ability to collaborate across various business and technical functions.

• Relevant certifications in product management and Agile development methodologies.
