Technical Product Manager – Content Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and enhance the complete product experience for content partners, creators, and studios.

• Analyze and refine partner applications, onboarding processes, content submission, publishing, status tracking, and associated workflows.

• Transform partner feedback, operational challenges, and business requirements into well-defined product issues and prioritized solutions.

• Independently execute chosen internal tools, workflow automation, integrations, prototypes, or enhancements for partners.

• Collaborate with Backend Engineering to establish scalable systems, workflows, integrations, and self-service tools.

• Work alongside Content and Marketing teams to boost partner acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.

• Establish product requirements, success metrics, user stories, and delivery priorities.

• Drive product discovery by utilizing qualitative feedback, data analysis, and market research.

• Manage the roadmap for initiatives aimed at content partners from discovery to delivery and iteration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Product Management within a digital product landscape.

• Practical development background, including creating production features, internal tools, automations, integrations, or technical prototypes.

• Proven track record of owning products or workflows related to creators, partners, marketplaces, platforms, UGC, media, or SaaS.

• Strong technical acumen and confidence in collaborating closely with Backend Engineering teams.

• Capability to convert complex operational workflows into clear, scalable product solutions.

• Familiarity with product discovery, roadmap management, prioritization, and delivery.

• High degree of ownership, structured thinking, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong product judgment concerning AI.

• Proficiency in both English and Russian.

• Experience with video, streaming, creator, affiliate, marketplace, or platform products is advantageous.

• A background in product engineering, backend development, full-stack, or automation is a plus.

• Must operate as an independent contractor with your own legal entity.

• Must be open to B2B collaboration.
