Technical Product Owner, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and prioritize the product and service backlog.

• Lead discovery sessions with client stakeholders and technical experts.

• Convert business and operational requirements into backlog items with defined acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with the Architect on standardized cloud services and reusable Terraform modules.

• Oversee the operational service model, which includes operations, incident escalation, potential 24/7 coverage, on-call arrangements, and response-time requirements.

• Facilitate communication among the Accesa service team, clients, application teams, and partners.

• Clarify ownership and transitions across organizational boundaries, coordinating with the client’s GCP IAM owner.

• Co-develop Cloud Broker use cases, validating service feasibility, dependencies, and delivery timelines.

• Define and monitor service value and performance metrics.

• Assist delivery and commercial stakeholders in formulating a scoped service and pricing model.

• Steer the growth of the team and service scope based on validated demand and delivery insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or Service Owner in cloud platforms, infrastructure, or managed services.

• Familiarity with GCP and cloud Landing Zone concepts.

• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform.

• Experience in creating roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and defining acceptance criteria in an Agile delivery context.

• Knowledge of production service operations, incident management, escalation procedures, service levels, and on-call models.

• Ability to define practical service scope, delivery priorities, and measurable outcomes.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.

• Commercial acumen with the ability to align scope and service expectations with capacity and cost.

• Regular use of AI tools to enhance productivity, automation, decision-making, and quality outcomes.

• Capability to utilize AI tools responsibly, formulate effective prompts, validate outputs, and comprehend limitations.

• Professional working proficiency in both German and English.
