Senior Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives

• Collect and synthesize requirements from various business stakeholders

• Convert business needs into a coherent product vision, strategy, and roadmap initiatives

• Establish product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize tasks for engineering teams

• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, design, client success, and business stakeholders

• Lead product discovery activities and suggest enhancements based on customer insights and market trends

• Articulate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities across cross-functional teams

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between business and engineering teams

• Identify and monitor product KPIs and metrics

• Present product strategies, progress updates, and results to executives, customers, and partners

• Collect and assess customer feedback to enhance product capabilities

• Stay informed on AdTech industry trends and emerging technologies

• Contribute to strategic product decisions and long-term product trajectory

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Lead

• Solid technical background with the ability to effectively communicate with engineering teams and customers

• Experience with complex technology products or platforms

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Capability to independently drive product initiatives

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficient in gathering and prioritizing product requirements from diverse stakeholders

• Experience in defining roadmaps, user stories, and product documentation

• Strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to decision-making

• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

• Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn

• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English
