This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance the value of technical services within the enterprise ecosystem.
• Manage and prioritize the development backlog for designated technical services or platform capabilities.
• Convert strategic initiatives and business needs into defined development tasks with measurable acceptance criteria.
• Assess and prioritize tasks based on business value, technical risk, regulatory obligations, and dependencies.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the backlog, ensuring items are well-defined, estimated, and prepared for development.
• Balance the development of features, remediation of defects, reduction of technical debt, and ongoing improvements.
• Oversee delivery from planning to completion, coordinating priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder contributions.
• Clarify requirements and acceptance criteria throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Approve or reject completed work based on established acceptance criteria.
• Make prompt decisions regarding scope and priorities to prevent delivery delays.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on tactical execution and strategic planning.
• Work alongside business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions.
• Engage with Architecture and Shared Development teams to ensure scalable and compliant solutions.
• Coordinate inter-team dependencies effectively.
• Manage defect triage and prioritization.
• Ensure thorough root cause analysis for production issues.
• Prioritize remediation efforts to sustain service reliability and performance.
• Work with engineering teams to reduce recurring defects and technical debt.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Enhance automation, scalability, integration, and operational efficiency.
• Utilize metrics and stakeholder feedback to guide product improvements.
• Enhance backlog quality, delivery predictability, and team performance.
• Communicate backlog priorities, sprint commitments, risks, and trade-offs effectively.
• Align business expectations with technical delivery schedules.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product execution.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Monitor relevant legislation and create or update company policies as necessary.
• Review and revise the employee handbook annually or as needed.
• Develop internal communications and training programs focused on compliant employment practices.
• Utilize approved AI and digital tools to streamline work, enhance service quality, and boost efficiency.
• Validate the accuracy, privacy, and business alignment of AI outputs.
• Identify and escalate inaccuracies, knowledge gaps, and issues with digital tools.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience demonstrated through work history, training, military service, or education.
• Experience in Financial Services or comparable fields is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years in roles such as Business Analyst, Development, Product Owner, or Product Manager, or related technology experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with Agile Development methodologies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, Orion, Tamarac, or similar systems.
• Proven ability to effectively utilize AI tools and technologies in daily tasks.
• Understanding of how to create effective prompts and assess AI-generated content for accuracy and suitability.
• Capability to integrate AI tools to boost productivity while upholding quality standards.
• Willingness to learn new AI applications and comprehend their appropriate use cases and limitations.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and adaptation to new AI tools and practices.
• Ability to comply with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Capability to stand or sit for extended periods, file documents in high or low storage, use the telephone, and operate computer systems.
