This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Serve as the main technical contact for clients, comprehending their business requirements and ensuring that marketing technology solutions are in alignment with their objectives.
• Hold regular meetings with clients to collect feedback, update on progress, and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with the technical delivery lead, data solution architect, and data analysts to comprehend data models and develop data visualizations and reports.
• Work with stakeholders to outline epics, features, and user stories that correspond with client technology solution roadmaps.
• Prioritize and manage the technology solution backlog, taking into account business value, technical dependencies, and client feedback.
• Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis.
• Create and sustain technical documentation, which includes user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demo reviews, and retrospectives.
• Influence cross-functional teams through established Agile processes.
• Adapt to evolving priorities, new insights, and delivery challenges while ensuring alignment.
• Ensure that the team is prepared for delivery, with clarity and alignment in objectives.
• Confirm that the team strives towards well-defined outcomes.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and gaps before they impact delivery.
• Steer team priorities, decisions, and communications.
• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a client-facing role within technology solution leadership.
• An analytical mindset paired with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding client-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and adaptability, with the capability to modify approaches based on new information, risks, or changing delivery conditions.
• Experience in marketing technology, including a technical understanding of marketing databases, APIs, back-end integration, analytics, digital front-end experiences, marketing automation, and email.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Background in data projects, Snowflake projects, or marketing automation initiatives.
• Proficient in Agile backlog management, including prioritization and planning.
• Capability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Ability to excel in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment where work can be diverse.
• An inherent curiosity, with a willingness to engage proactively and whenever required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
