This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the development of platform roadmaps, encompassing feature definition, prioritization, sequencing, and delivery.
• Convert business and technical requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Establish requirements for data pipelines, decision-making policies, experiments, lead allocation, logging, data contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with engineering, machine learning, and data teams to strategize and deliver platform capabilities.
• Oversee product backlogs and facilitate Agile activities, including sprint planning, refinement, and releases.
• Work alongside senior product managers to assess technical trade-offs, dependencies, and risks.
• Aid in platform governance, documentation, versioning, approvals, and compliance processes.
• Track platform performance, reliability, and adoption through key performance indicators (KPIs), service level objectives (SLOs), and operational metrics.
• Evaluate data and stakeholder feedback to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Assist with platform enhancements, integrations, migrations, and technical improvements.
• Relay progress, risks, and outcomes to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of product management experience, ideally in technical or platform-centric roles.
• Proven experience working with engineering teams in an Agile development setting.
• Background in supporting technical roadmaps, managing backlogs, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency in developing technical specifications and assessing code, data contracts, and system trade-offs.
• Familiarity with systems architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Capability to prioritize competing demands and execute within a defined product strategy.
