This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Spearhead the strategic planning and implementation of significant product initiatives.
• Foster innovation and strategic projects to improve product offerings.
• Provide expert thought leadership and tackle complex business challenges.
• Conduct high-level vision and validation sessions with senior business stakeholders.
• Convert intricate business needs into technical requirements and strategic solutions.
• Suggest advanced technology solutions to senior business stakeholders.
• Oversee the prioritization and management of several major product backlogs.
• Mentor and support Technical Product Owner I and Technical Product Owner II.
• Lead cross-functional teams in discussions regarding user experience design and journeys.
• Monitor progress towards the release of major products.
• Develop and utilize advanced personas to track performance and inform product design.
• Implement processes for continuous improvement.
• Advocate for customer needs while identifying innovative solutions.
• Establish success criteria and measurable outcomes for customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about credit union compliance laws and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, focusing on strategic initiatives and leadership.
• A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Information Management, Information Technology/Computer Sciences, or equivalent work experience is required.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management, digital transformation, solution design, and business planning is required.
• More than 7 years of experience in operations, engineering, agile methodologies, or solution development is required.
• Strong technical fluency in architecture, technical risk, and platform evolution.
• Comprehensive understanding of state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to credit union compliance, including bank secrecy and anti-money laundering laws.
• Must meet background screening requirements as stipulated by the Federal Credit Union Act.
