This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire product development lifecycle for platforms that engage guests and enterprise systems that support Travelodge's hotel network and corporate functions.

• Act as the main point of contact for technology vendors involved in integration projects, managing scoping, delivery, and maintaining relationships.

• Lead and oversee API connectivity initiatives, which include examining API payloads, troubleshooting webhook calls, and interpreting vendor API documentation.

• Assess and onboard technology partners through thorough due diligence and technical evaluations.

• Address data governance, access control, and compliance needs for the integration of enterprise systems.

• Convert business requirements into product briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.

• Collaborate with teams in Operations, Revenue Management, Finance, HR, and IT.

• Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing based on stakeholder impact, commercial value, and operational efficiency.

• Evaluate technology platforms, identify gaps and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

• Define and monitor product KPIs.

• Independently develop functional prototypes or internal tools utilizing AI-assisted coding tools.

• Guide products from the stages of discovery and ideation through design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.

• Quickly validate concepts using low-fidelity tools and pragmatic experiments.

• Advocate for the end-user experience for guests, hotel operations teams, and corporate functions.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of product management experience in a rapidly growing technology environment.

• Demonstrated success in leading product teams and managing the complete product delivery process, from problem identification to live product.

• Proficient in reading and writing basic code, such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL, to create prototypes, troubleshoot integrations, or query data directly.

• Previous experience in managing relationships with external vendors and overseeing technology integration projects.

• Experience with API-driven integrations is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, Postman, or similar tools is preferred.

• Experience in building or managing data warehouses and enterprise software solutions is advantageous.

• Exposure to AI automation workflows is a plus.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capability to make data-informed decisions in uncertain environments.

• Resourceful self-starter who thrives in scenarios with limited time or resources and ambiguity.

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools.

• Exceptional communication skills across technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders.

• Commercial understanding of how products impact revenue, costs, and guest satisfaction.
