This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Collaborate with the technical lead to shape the strategy and roadmap for the Platform.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the platform's needs and priorities.
• Spearhead initiatives related to the public API and developer experience, encompassing versioning, documentation, and observability.
• Engage with AI and agent interfaces, such as MCP.
• Ensure deliverability and safety to maintain a clean platform for legitimate senders.
• Interface with data and reporting platforms.
• Work closely with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) on performance and scalability.
• Contribute to shared foundations utilized by other teams, including the design system and regulatory efforts.
• Collaborate with customers, development teams, design, SRE, customer support, and marketing.
• Deliver impactful features, launch projects efficiently, and propel innovative product enhancements.
• Define, analyze, and optimize metrics to facilitate MailerLite's growth, measure impact, and report on progress.
• Implement product management best practices, including product discovery, data insights, and AI-driven innovation.
• Over 4 years of experience in a SaaS-focused organization.
• Familiarity with platform, infrastructure, API, or internal tooling products that cater to engineers, internal teams, or external developers.
• Solid understanding or working knowledge of APIs and integrations.
• Experience in scoping integration tasks with engineers.
• Strong grasp of MCP and current AI trends.
• AI-first mindset in research, documentation, and delivery processes.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• Proven experience in aligning various product areas and stakeholders.
• Background in agile environments alongside high-performing backend developers.
• Experience in leading refinement, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization efforts.
• Familiarity with contemporary product discovery and delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to utilize data and AI insights effectively.
• Capacity to manage the complete idea-to-product process as a self-directed member of a development team.
• Experience with ProductOps is considered a plus.
• Must be based in Europe.
