This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with the upcoming generation of elite golfers.
• Showcase the performance benefits of Titleist products.
• Provide top-tier club fitting experiences for junior, collegiate, and amateur players.
• Offer continuous equipment support.
• Organize and lead fitting events.
• Oversee travel and logistics.
• Establish meaningful connections that foster athlete confidence and trust in the Titleist brand.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams.
• Assist in the evolution of fitting methodologies.
• Share player insights.
• Contribute to the development of Titleist golf clubs and Scotty Cameron putters.
• Convert technical performance data into tailored equipment solutions.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Over 5 years of experience in golf industry club fitting with recognized expert-level fitting knowledge.
• Comprehensive understanding of golf equipment, club fitting principles, swing analysis, performance optimization, and player development.
• Experience with competitive junior, collegiate, amateur, and/or professional golfers is preferred.
• Background in competitive, collegiate, or professional play is advantageous.
• Proficiency in fitting technologies, launch monitors, and digital tools.
• Ability to swiftly adapt to emerging technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and capability to translate performance data and technical insights into equipment recommendations.
• Proficient in communicating complex fitting concepts in a clear and practical manner.
• Outstanding relationship-building skills with elite athletes, coaches, and key stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in high-performance settings with elite amateur, collegiate, professional, and high-profile players.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management abilities.
• Capable of coordinating travel, events, logistics, and managing multiple priorities concurrently.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a commitment to innovative solutions.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively both domestically and internationally, approximately 130–160 days each year.
• A valid passport is required.
• Ability to lift and carry golf bags and fitting equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work outdoors for extended periods in diverse weather conditions.
