
Technical Platform Operations Lead – Sales AI Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee comprehensive post-launch operations for Sales AI applications, encompassing availability, performance, support readiness, releases, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Create processes for incident response, problem management, changes, and resolution of issues.
• Ensure timely recovery and implement enduring operational enhancements.
• Evaluate service-level indicators and objectives, adoption metrics, dashboards, alerts, and user feedback to pinpoint risks, performance issues, and usage gaps.
• Convert operational signals and user requirements into prioritized enhancements and roadmap contributions in collaboration with partner teams.
• Enhance adoption and business value through usage analytics, enablement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and improvements in user experience.
• Establish governance protocols for security, access controls, compliance, documentation, and platform support.
• Create automation, observability, and self-service functionalities to streamline operations and minimize repetitive tasks and recurring incidents.
• Prepare new AI features and releases for production by developing runbooks, monitoring systems, rollback strategies, support frameworks, and partner enablement.
• Communicate platform health and priorities to leadership while fostering alignment across partner teams.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in technical operations, platform engineering, site reliability engineering, application operations, technical program management, or a comparable field.
• Proven experience managing production enterprise applications or platforms, including those that are business-critical or customer-facing.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud-native architectures, APIs, distributed systems, data pipelines, integrations, and enterprise software environments.
• Experience in implementing reliability engineering practices, including service-level indicators and objectives, observability, incident and problem management, root-cause analysis, and service continuity.
• Proficiency in establishing operational governance concerning security, access controls, releases, compliance, documentation, and audit preparedness.
• Capability to utilize operational metrics, adoption data, and business outcomes—including Sales productivity, usage, and pipeline impact—to prioritize tasks and convey platform health to leadership.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster alignment among Engineering, Product, Sales, and other partner teams.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating generative AI enterprise applications, including AI assistants, retrieval-augmented generation systems, agentic workflows, or Sales productivity tools.
• Familiarity with supporting responsible AI controls, data privacy, access policies, auditability, and the safe application of AI in business functions.
• Expertise in enhancing platform economics through visibility into cloud or AI costs, usage optimization, capacity planning, or vendor and tool rationalization.
• Experience in guiding AI or enterprise platforms from launch to scaled adoption through effective operating models, self-service capabilities, and ongoing reliability improvements.
