This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with regional sales leadership to enhance pipeline visibility, conduct deal inspections, and ensure forecast precision.
• Take ownership of weekly and quarterly forecasting processes while identifying risks and opportunities.
• Facilitate end-of-quarter execution through deal assessments and data management.
• Develop and oversee pipeline, bookings, and attainment reporting across various regions.
• Provide executive-ready insights regarding pipeline coverage, quality, conversion trends, sales velocity, and performance in bookings.
• Spot opportunities to expedite pipeline creation and enhance closing rates.
• Promote Salesforce data integrity, opportunity management, and consistent usage practices.
• Standardize reporting frameworks, including lead sources, deal types, and regions/sub-regions.
• Track KPIs such as pipeline velocity, win rates, and sales cycle durations.
• Implement consistent definitions and scalable global processes in collaboration with Sales Operations leadership.
• Assist in the integration of data and IT infrastructure across legacy organizations.
• Standardize reporting structures and operational cadences for global scalability.
• Drive process enhancements through automation, simplification, and standardization.
• Provide guidance to Sales, Finance, Marketing, and RevOps teams.
• Support strategic initiatives encompassing cross-sell/upsell enablement, compliance and licensing programs, as well as board and executive reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce (reporting, dashboards, data governance).
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and visualizations (pivot tables, modeling, handling large datasets).
• Experience in supporting global sales teams and managing forecasting processes.
• Ability to convert complex data into clear insights suited for executive-level discussions.
• Familiarity with SaaS, CX, Contact Center, or Automation solutions (preferred).
• Expertise in Salesforce, RCA, and Oracle (preferred).
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau (preferred).
• Proven experience in partnering directly with sales leadership (preferred).
• Background in supporting organizational change or system integrations (preferred).
