
Technical Partner Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the designated technical liaison for Silvur's credit union partner portfolio.
β’ Participate in partner meetings focused on technical agenda items.
β’ Facilitate communication between credit union IT personnel and Silvur's engineering team.
β’ Assist Success and Sales teams in technically oriented discussions.
β’ Set up and manage partner accounts and access, encompassing SFTP users, directories, SSO configuration, API credentials, and sending domain records.
β’ Manage member file relations, including file specifications, test exchanges, field mapping, and diagnosing issues with malformed or delayed files.
β’ Identify issues through monitoring and logs, escalating code-related problems to engineering.
β’ Configure and troubleshoot SSO for platforms like Alkami, Banno, Candescent, and other digital banking systems.
β’ Handle SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration, along with DNS delegation discussions for partner sending domains.
β’ Complete security questionnaires and vendor assessments.
β’ Articulate SOC 2 controls, data management, encryption strategies, and access models.
β’ Collaborate with Legal & Compliance on formal representations.
β’ Guide new partners from contract signing to live member status through security reviews, data exchange setups, SSO configurations, email authentication, and launch verification.
β’ Develop a library of responses for security questionnaires.
β’ Create a comprehensive partner integration guide detailing data flows, file specifications, SSO patterns, and email authentication requirements.
β’ Design an architecture and data-handling presentation.
β’ A minimum of 4 years in a technical, partner- or customer-facing role, including solutions consulting, implementation, integration management, technical account management, or IT/systems administration with substantial external interaction.
β’ Proficient understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and DNS record management.
β’ Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, SAML, and OIDC for integration configuration and troubleshooting.
β’ Practical experience with secure transfer methods and permission settings.
β’ Capability to explain technical architecture to non-specialists in a constructive manner while maintaining a professional stance.
β’ Exceptional written communication skills.
β’ Good judgment regarding personal knowledge boundaries.
β’ Familiarity with AI tools like Claude to automate and enhance work processes.
β’ Preferred: experience within credit unions, community banks, or similar regulated, procurement-intensive organizations.
β’ Preferred: knowledge of Alkami, Q2, Banno, Candescent, Narmi, or core systems.
β’ Preferred: hands-on experience with SOC 2, HIPAA, or comparable vendor security evaluations.
β’ Preferred: comfort with executing provided SQL queries or interpreting dashboards.
β’ Preferred: knowledge in the Medicare, insurance, or benefits domains.
β’ Preferred: experience with handling PII or PHI requirements.
