This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as Augment's authority on Lloyds market processing, encompassing UMRs, premium and claims management, market communications, bureau practices, and associated controls.
• Assess new Lloyds placements for operational readiness, identifying any missing information, incomplete documentation, process interdependencies, and execution risks.
• Oversee the precise establishment and continual servicing of Lloyds contracts, endorsements, premium transactions, claims transactions, and bordereaux.
• Work collaboratively with broking, Client Solutions, Wordings, Legal and Compliance, Technical Accounting, and external market partners to address exceptions.
• Manage reconciliations, exception handling, and root-cause analysis for operational disruptions within the Lloyds framework.
• Propel operational challenges through to resolution.
• Develop process standards, checklists, controls, and training to instill Lloyds expertise throughout the organization.
• Provide guidance to leadership on the operational impacts of new products, client structures, delegated authorities, and system modifications related to Lloyds.
• Assist in designing scalable workflows and data requirements suitable for automation, while adhering to market and regulatory standards.
• Safeguard the operational integrity of Lloyds business throughout the placement and servicing lifecycle.
• Ensure that data, documentation, identifiers, processing steps, and financial transactions are complete, accurate, and compliant with Lloyds market standards.
• 7+ years of practical experience in Lloyds market operations within a Lloyds broker, managing agent, coverholder, insurer, or specialized service provider.
• Proven knowledge of Lloyds processing and servicing workflows, including UMR administration, premium and claims transactions, bordereaux, and settlement or reconciliation practices.
• Strong understanding of operational controls, documentation requirements, and the functional relationships among broker, carrier, managing agent, and market processes.
• Ability to investigate exceptions, differentiate root causes from symptoms, and guide resolution efforts among internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication skills combined with a practical, service-oriented mindset.
• Preferred: experience in both broker-side and market-side operations.
• Preferred: familiarity with delegated authority, binders, specialty reinsurance, or complex international programs.
• Preferred: experience with process automation, workflow design, data quality, or system implementation.
