Technical Marketing Specialist – język niemiecki

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Development and translation of content for the official website and related services in the EN-DE/DE-EN directions.

• Editing technical and marketing articles for CodeTwo's websites and blogs regarding CodeTwo products and IT industry news.

• Creating user manuals and knowledge base articles related to CodeTwo software and Microsoft technology-based solutions.

• Monitoring social media, technical forums, and industry portals.

• Developing user interface texts for CodeTwo applications.

• Editing communications directed at CodeTwo clients.

• Proofreading and quality control of texts produced by other CodeTwo employees.

• Close collaboration with the Development, Customer Support, and Technical Marketing teams.

• Gaining familiarity with the environments and programs for which the texts are created.

⛳️ Requirements

• Perfect command of the German language, particularly in writing.

• Excellent command of the Polish language in both spoken and written forms.

• Ability to plan and create logical structures and user instruction texts.

• Capability to explain complex technical issues to end users.

• Familiarity with German IT terminology.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as technical writer or copywriter, involving the writing of technical texts in German within the IT field.

• Practical knowledge of conversational German, acquired through relevant studies or professional experience in German-speaking countries.

• Very good computer skills.

• Consistency and attention to detail.

• Commitment and a professional approach to work.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Windows Server is preferred.

• Experience in editing texts using language models/AI, such as ChatGPT, is a plus.

• Understanding of SEO principles is appreciated.

• CV, cover letter, and samples of technical texts in German, if available, are welcomed.
