This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

• Conduct investigations and analyze technical support issues received from the support team.

• Oversee and manage the daily support queue, ensuring that issues are prioritized and resolved promptly.

• Collaborate with the Implementations Team on client onboarding and technical configuration.

• Offer technical assistance related to industry data standards, system modifications, and legacy code.

• Troubleshoot and apply minor code fixes.

• Maintain and supervise team-specific status alerts and system dashboards.

• Generate development tickets as necessary.

• Review and address daily technical errors.

• Identify recurring issues and propose solutions.

• Manage technical setup and configuration tasks.

• Assist in the configuration and optimization of internal tools and product features.

• Act as a subject matter expert for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide training and technical knowledge as required.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and relevant work experience.

• Strong technical skills to execute SQL database queries effectively.

• Proficient verbal and written communication abilities, capable of clearly articulating technical concepts.

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking capabilities.

• Ability to develop and communicate technical strategies and solutions across various teams or departments.

• Willingness to adapt and a strong desire to learn new technologies and tools.

• Outstanding organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Capability to meet critical deadlines while ensuring accuracy and quality of work.

• Experience in troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis for complex technical challenges.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with proprietary and sensitive information.

• Willingness to travel as necessary, up to 10%.
