Technical Leader – Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Define the architecture, deliverables, and timelines for projects.

• Guide your team through the scrum process to provide valuable software solutions.

• Establish end goals for your team.

• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.

• Work collaboratively with your team to identify and resolve technical issues.

• Oversee system modifications.

• Perform security audits to pinpoint areas needing enhancement.

• Act as a liaison between team members, management, and clients to ensure projects meet standards.

• Prepare progress reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders.

• Recruit and train technical staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.

• **Over 10 years of experience in software development using Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript/NodeJS, or data technologies.**

• More than 7 years of experience leading development teams.

• Proficiency in English at a professional level (C1/C2).

• Extensive knowledge of Linux and cloud hosting environments (Heroku, AWS, App Engine, or similar).

• Hands-on experience with open-source technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with integrating solutions with third-party APIs (RESTful, OAuth, JSON).

• Self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and a passion for problem-solving.

• **Significant experience with backend development, data systems, or scalable software architecture.**
