Technical Lead, Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the Backend development team from a technical standpoint.

• Ensure adherence to best practices and code quality.

• Actively participate in development, maintaining a hands-on role in programming and code reviews.

• Oversee architecture based on microservices and hexagonal design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Java (latest versions), Spring, and Spring Boot development.

• Experience in a Technical Lead role.

• Background in working with hexagonal architecture and microservices.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and Azure Arc.

• Desirable experience or knowledge in Azure Cosmos DB, DB2, and Redis.

• Understanding of testing with JUnit, Mockito, and TestContainers.

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Kibana and Grafana.

• Knowledge and application of best practices: SOLID principles and Clean Code.

• Good level of English proficiency.
