Senior Full Stack Engineer – Lead Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of complete features from initial conception through implementation, deployment, and ongoing operations.

• Create scalable and maintainable applications utilizing Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.

• Design clean architectures, modular systems, and APIs with an emphasis on performance, security, and stability.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows, such as those implemented with GitHub Actions.

• Ensure the presence of automated testing, code review protocols, and stable deployment strategies.

• Apply best practices pertaining to security, performance, and scalability.

• Assume project leadership roles, which include structuring requirements, prioritizing tasks, coordinating efforts, and tracking schedules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of practical experience as a Software Engineer, specifically working on production web applications.

• A solid foundation in TypeScript and the modern JavaScript ecosystems.

• Proven experience in designing and evolving large codebases, maintaining clear standards for structure and quality.

• Comfort in working with distributed systems, various environments, and dependable release processes.

• Experience in balancing quality, speed, and complexity in alignment with real-world product requirements.

• Capability to provide technical guidance to developers, including mentoring, offering feedback, and conducting constructive code reviews.

• Ability to communicate clearly and in a structured manner, especially when conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• A self-directed and reliable approach to work, along with a strong dedication to quality.
