Technical Lead, Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the Backend development team technically.

• Ensure adherence to best practices and code quality.

• Actively participate in development while maintaining a hands-on role in programming and code reviews.

• Oversee architecture based on microservices and hexagonal design.

• Collaborate in requirement gathering and define technical solutions in line with business needs.

• Supervise continuous integration and deployments in a cloud environment.

• Promote collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Java (latest versions), Spring, and Spring Boot development.

• Experience in a Technical Lead role.

• Familiarity with hexagonal architecture and microservices.

• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and Azure Arc is essential.

• Experience or knowledge in Azure Cosmos DB, DB2, and Redis is a plus.

• Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and TestContainers.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana).

• Understanding of best practices: SOLID principles and Clean Code.

• Proficient level of English.
